Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits secure your appointment and will be applied to your total service balance.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to a rebooking fee.

Rescheduling is allowed one time if notice is provided within 24 hours.

3. Service Policies

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

No additional guests are permitted during service.

Extra fees apply for extreme detangling or last-minute takedown services.

Service duration may vary depending on hair length, density, and texture.

The service location will be provided 2 days prior to the appointment.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients must arrive with hair that is free from heavy product build-up unless a takedown or clarifying service has been pre-booked.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service.
